All rates include: Brazilian Tropical breakfast, Internet wireless, Electronic safety box, Beach towels, water, tea and coffee any time.
Rates shown in Brazilian Real (R$), based upon 3 night minimum stay. Reservations less then 3 nights will be charge extra 15%.
We accept payment in Brazilian Real, US dollars, Euros, and Pound Sterling based on exchange rates of the day.
* Reservations of 5 Nights or more includes transfer from Airport.
** We charge and additional 10% for Service Tax.
*** Rates based upon 2 person occupancy, additional charges apply for children or extra adult bedding in rooms. Extra person in room 30% of the daily rates and 30% of package rates.
**** Reservations can be confirmed via direct deposit into Citibank account or Paypal. (Paypal fees are not included in deposit. We consider the net amount receive after paypal fees).

****** Deposits are non-refundable (can be postponed in emergency situations outside of packaged offerings for Carnivale and New Year).
******* We offer the most flexible check-in and check-out times to our clients. As long there is no other rental for the same day (of your arrival or departure day) you can check-in early in the morning or check-out late at night without any additional fee. In case of other rentals on your arrival or departure date, we use the common policy of the hotels: check-in starting from 14:00 check-out at 12:00 noon.
